HanautaMelody is a web application that analyzes uploaded audio of a melody (such as humming) and converts it into a musical score (MusicXML) and MIDI file.
You are solely responsible for the audio content you upload. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights to the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright.
You retain full ownership of the melody you create and the resulting score and MIDI files generated by the service.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the analysis will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.
